Portal Helpdesk
Developed a responsive React 18 + TypeScript application with a modern dashboard using Vite, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui. Built reusable UI components, role-based navigation, and intuitive workflows for HR, Secretary, Manager, and Employee modules. Integrated secure authentication, real-time data fetching, and state management using TanStack Query and Zustand. Implemented AI chat, ticketing, recruitment, and HR management interfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.
Backend Portal Helpdesk
Developed RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API with Clean Architecture, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL. Implemented JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), refresh tokens, and secure authorization for enterprise applications. Built AI-powered features including RAG-based knowledge search, document generation, meeting summaries, and intelligent ticket categorization. Designed scalable backend services for HR management, recruitment, ticketing, notifications, and AI integrations with comprehensive testing and Docker deployment.

Django Ai Employee
Built scalable backend services using FastAPI, Async Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. Developed AI-powered workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, and MCP for agent orchestration and tool integration. Implemented Hybrid Search with vector retrieval and semantic search to improve AI knowledge accuracy. Deployed production-ready AI infrastructure using Docker, Docker Compose, vLLM, Ollama, and comprehensive evaluation pipelines for reliable LLM applications.
DEMS — Document Eligibility Management System Workflow-driven document processing platform
A full-lifecycle document eligibility platform— applicants submit environmental permit applications, upload supporting documents, and track status through review, revision, and approval/rejection, ending in an official generated report. Built with Laravel 13 + Vue 3/Quasar, with an AI-assisted document classifier and chat assistant running as separate Python/LangGraph microservices. This is purpose for a test from vacancy.
A Laravel API + Vue/Quasar SPA with RBAC (Admin/Reviewer/Applicant roles via Spatie Permission), Sanctum token auth, project/document CRUD with a full status workflow, PDF/Excel report generation, and an AI layer (Google Gemini via LangGraph) that pre-classifies uploaded documents and answers applicant questions through a chat widget. Deployed with the backend on Render (Docker) and the frontend on Vercel.
