Backend Portal Helpdesk
Developed RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API with Clean Architecture, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL. Implemented JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), refresh tokens, and secure authorization for enterprise applications. Built AI-powered features including RAG-based knowledge search, document generation, meeting summaries, and intelligent ticket categorization. Designed scalable backend services for HR management, recruitment, ticketing, notifications, and AI integrations with comprehensive testing and Docker deployment.
Problem

Digital secretary module: agenda management, meeting recording/summarization, automated letter/document generation, action-item reminders One unified app — every role logs into the same product instead of juggling separate tools/spreadsheets Structured Leave Requests / Approvals workflow with defined roles and status tracking, instead of ad hoc email/chat requests Built-in HR document generation, plus an AI CV Summary feature for recruitment screening AI Chat grounded in a Knowledge Base (RAG via pgvector) — employees self-serve answers instantly, sourced from actual company documents Ticketing system — categories with SLA targets, agent assignment, full history/audit trail, automatic breach detection every 5 minutes Role-based access + real-time notifications (SignalR) + explicit escalation flow, so the right person is pinged instead of relying on manual follow-up Full Recruitment module — job vacancies, candidates, interviews, plus an external Candidate Portal for applicants
